In the event of a medical emergency, there is a hospital located on Deck 2.
If I’m travelling alone, will I have to share a cabin with other passengers?
No, you will have a cabin all to yourself if you are travelling alone. Polar Inside cabins on board MS Polarlys offer one-person rooms.
Will I have to share a toilet and shower with other passengers?
No, each cabin is equipped with its own WC and shower facilities.
Will I be able to see the Northern Lights on board MS Polarlys?
Yes, the Northern Lights usually appear in the winter months between October-March. The further north you go, the more likely you are to see them.
Are pets allowed on this cruise?
No, pets are not permitted on board MS Polarlys.
Is Wi-Fi available on board?
Yes, for a small fee, all guests are able to access fast, on board Wi-Fi facilities.
