The Freestyle Cruising concept really does give you the freedom to enjoy your fabulous cruise holiday at whatever pace you want, doing as much or as little as you like. There’s no wonder Norwegian Jade is so popular, both with first-time cruise passengers and with seasoned travellers looking for a laid-back way to visit the world’s hottest destinations.

Muscat is one of the Middle East’s oldest cities and is filled with fascinating history, charm and natural beauty. Wandering through Muscat you can enjoy rare glimpses of the rich and opulent cultural heritage of the land. For tourists that come from all over the world, Muscat holds a special charm with its grand forts, parks and museums all of which help to understand the history of Oman.

Visit the morning market and bargain for fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. Coconuts and coconut products are abundant and cheap, and a great snack to enjoy in this tropical paradise. Discover more about the local wildlife at the natural history museum, and visit the stunning colonial town centre.

Nosy Be is surrounded by stunning white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Known as ‘The perfumed Isle,’ you will experience the sensational smells of vanilla, saffron, cinnamon and ylang-ylang, which are grown and exported here. Bright blue lakes formed from volcanic crates adorn the landscape, while exotic birds line the palm trees and lush green forests. The waters house brightly coloured marine life making this a snorkeler’s dream location.

The capital of Mauritius, Port Louis offers something for everyone. Shopaholics will have their cravings satisfied in every way. Birdwatchers will be fulfilled at Casela Bird Park. Water enthusiasts head straight for the island’s beaches. Many enjoy Grand Bay for sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing. La Cuvette beach or lovely Pereybere cove and south-easterly Blue Bay beach are ideal for bathing, windsurfing and sailing. Le Morne and Tamarin are popular for surfing and swimming. Flic en Flac, its white-sand beaches fringed with filaos and casuarinas, is perfect for sunbathing.

Boldly yet delectably French in every way, from the decor to the croissants on the breakfast table. It is as if Reunion lay just off the coast of Cannes, and not thousands of miles away, just off the coast of Madagascar. Reunion’s history began 3 million years ago as a mountain which built up slowly, rising in four successive stages to a towering peak of more than four thousand metres high. Over 500,000 years ago, a new volcanic ridge appeared on the south-eastern side and to this day it still spews out it’s lava, slowly, patiently building Reunion.

This small town on the northern coast of KwaZulu-Natal is a place of great natural beauty. The Richards Bay Park is a haven for nature-lovers, or there are beaches to relax on with calm, warm seas. For the more adventurous, the nearby game reserve, Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Park, is home to the Big Five.

‘The Friendly City’ - Port Elizabeth is one of the largest cities in South Africa, situated in the Eastern Cape Province. It is a perfect location to take a day tour to the top game reserves in the country including Schotia, Shamwari, Addo Elephant Park, and Lalibela, or relax in the beautiful nature regions of Tsitsikamma and Baviaanskloof.
Situated halfway between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, Mossel Bay offers a variety of pro golf courses and is well-known for its excellent weather - with more than 300 days of sunshine per year you can make good use of the 2 magnificent Blue Flag status beaches.

Cape Town is home to stunning scenery, rich history and the iconic Table Mountain.
