Your Itinerary

The city owes much of its charm to the buildings erected by Denmark’s monarchs, and boasts a treasure trove of late-Renaissance and Rococo architecture and is known as the Venice of the North. See the fabled statue of Hans Christian Andersen’s Little Mermaid, a symbol of the city and stroll along the old harbor of Nyhavn, lined with cafés, restaurants and 500-year-old gabled houses.

The glorious Costa Fascinosa offers all the elegance and style of a traditional cruise holiday, with some brilliant modern innovations adding to your amazing holiday experience. As its intriguing name suggests, this stunningly attractive ship takes as its theme all the things that excite and fascinate us. From movie stars, opera and celebrities to exotic destinations whose very mention evokes sensations of seduction and allure. From the moment you arrive in the ornate grand atrium, with its glittering stairways and glass lifts, you’ll feel like a star – and the red carpet treatment does not stop here.

Harwich port is the gateway to central London. The vibrant capital of England offers tourists an action packed day. With numerous world renowned museums, art galleries, monuments, palaces, churches and cathedrals, there is so much to pack into your trip. Whether you want to experience the charm the city has to offer the vibrancy of the bustling markets and stone clad streets, shop till you drop in one of the many shopping districts or just relax in stunning gardens and parks overlooking iconic buildings and attractions, London offers something for everyone.

Cherbourg is a town in lower Normandy, France with a charming pedestrian old town filled with a maze of narrow alleys, shops and restaurants. While here, you can visit the La Cité de la Mer maritime museum, visit the nearby Château des Ravalet and see the ornate Basilique de la Trinité.

La Coruna is at the site of the ancient Tower of Hercules lighthouse, which has been operating since the second-century AD. The city is known for its characteristic galerías, or glazed window balconies. The promenade, one of the longest in Europe, runs along the city’s headland and passes many of its most exciting sights.

Leixões is one of Portugal’s major seaports, located near the city of Porto. The port of Leixões has been associated with the export of port wine, Porto’s most famous product. Take a cruise along the River Douro, or wander through the maze of cobbled streets to discover Porto’s beautiful historic buildings.

Lisbon is a stately city of Neoclassical buildings and wide plazas. Eternally linked to the sea, Lisbon’s magnificent harbour is spanned by the longest suspension bridge in Europe. Other landmarks include the World Heritage Sites of Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery, both built in Lisbon’s native Manueline architectural style.

Valencia is a popular and picturesque resort known for its pavement cafes, parties and paella. The old city is a great place to begin with the Valencia Cathedral and once inside you can climb the octagonal Miguelete Bell Tower to see sweeping views. In the new town you can see the stunning and ultramodern ‘City of Arts and Sciences’ with its fantastically shaped soaring glass palaces.

The Catalan capital is one of Spain’s favourite cities. Visit Antoni Gaudi’s inspiring La Sagrada Familia with its ornate spires, explore aromatic food markets full of locally grown cured meats and vegetables or head to the beautiful beaches within walking distance of the city centre. Why not explore the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, which offers a stunning view over the city and houses Spain’s largest collection of Catalan art?
